St Edmund's is a relatively new Anglican church established in Roundhay - a leafy suburb of Leeds - at the beginning of the last century. It is within the Diocese of Ripon and Leeds and Allerton Deanery. We share many activities and a monthly ecumenical service with our neighbouring churches of St Andrew's URC and Lidgett Park Methodists.

We are a community of God's people sharing a common faith. We are all at different stages on our journey of faith. Some are taking the first steps, others have taken more. We all travel at a different pace.
Although worship is at the centre of our life together there are many activities taking place during the week. For example -
Climbers, Scramblers, Explorers and Pepper Poppers are groups for 3 to 14 years. Christian teaching and fun.
Uniformed organisations - Rainbows, Beavers, Brownies, Cubs, Guides, Scouts, Rangers, Explorer Scouts for 5 - 19 years.
Choir for boys, girls, women and men and a Music Group.
The Guild of St Edmund (Mission) and Mothers' Union meet monthly.
If you enjoy walking, why not join the monthly Rambling
Club.
